Counsel to the Mass Litigation Panel – provides legal counsel to the seven circuit court judges appointed to serve on the Mass Litigation Panel; supports all aspects of the Panel’s activities on both the trial and resolution side of Mass Litigation cases assigned to the Panel; liaison between the Panel and attorneys, circuit clerks, court personnel, and the Supreme Court of Appeals.

Mass Litigation Paralegal – provides paralegal assistance and courtroom support in Mass Litigation cases assigned to the Panel; interfaces with court personnel, court reporters, and attorneys in support of the Panel’s activities; conducts Clerk Review in Mass Litigation cases subject to e-filing and service; provides paralegal assistance in the Asbestos Personal Injury Litigation, including review of filings, trial preparation, and assisting with trials.
