WVU HONORS JUSTICE LARRY V. STARCHER
Morgantown, W.Va. -
Justice Starcher is one of two alumni who received the award during a ceremony on April 17 in Morgantown. The Eberly College selected four alumni to receive the award this year. Justice Starcher earned his B.A. in political science from the Eberly College in 1964 and his J.D. in 1967 from the WVU College of Law. He also serves as an adjunct lecturer at the WVU College of Law. In bestowing the award, the Eberly College of Arts and Sciences issued a written statement saluting Justice Starcher "for his dedication to his profession and to his state. Justice Starcher’s extensive judicial career has been characterized by integrity and citizen support."
