Dockets for Wednesday rescheduled

CHARLESTON, W.Va. – The Motion Docket and Argument Docket of the Supreme Court of Appeals of West Virginia scheduled for Wednesday, March 25, will be rescheduled for later dates so members of the Court and Court staff can attend the funeral of Justice Joseph Albright.

The date each case will be heard will be available later today on the Calendar page of the Supreme Court Web site, http://www.state.wv.us/wvsca/calendar/calendar.htm. Check the Motion Docket and Argument Docket dates in April.

Justice Albright died Friday of complications of esophageal cancer. His funeral service will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday at St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church, 532 Market Street, Parkersburg.
