The Honorable Michael Thornsbury, No. 090469, seeks a writ of prohibition to prohibit the circuit court from denying petitioner’s counsel’s claim of legislative immunity and/or enforcing a capias against petitioner who was issued a subpoena duces tecum to produce records at a grand jury.
